🌿 Botanical Notes:
Geranium oil is distilled not from the flower, but from the plant’s soft green leaves. Cut fresh and steam-distilled, they release an aroma that’s rosy, green and faintly minty all at once.
Vetiver is distilled from the plant’s roots. These dense, tangled roots are washed, dried and slowlstilled, producing an oil that is deep, earthy and gently smoky — one of the few scent materials that quite literally smells of the ground it grew in.
Ella’s Note: This was the very first candle I finished when I set out to make candles back in 2020 - and what a good foot to start on! It’s been a bestseller ever since, and the one people most often tell me they’re “addicted to.
